During this two-hour dining tutorial, you will learn:
NETWORKING - Working any room in 3 steps,
DINING AND TABLE SETTING - Top 10 dining mistakes, 5 rules for your napkin, American and European dining,
CONVERSATION - How to be a brilliant conversationalist by using a LADDER,
FIRST IMPRESSIONS - How to successfully connect with people using the 6 S's of meeting others.
Two hours plus optional post event 30-minute discussion. Class includes a four course meal and a copy of the "Etiquette for the Business Professional" book. 2025 Children's Etiquette
Here’s what they’ll learn.
Table setting rules and dining etiquette including American and European dining. Conversation skills - how to speak with anyone and meeting and greeting others with the 6 S’s of making a great first impression. We will also cover why manners matter and common courtesy words. 2025 Princess Etiquette Tea
Join us for a magical morning where princesses learn how to behave like royalty. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their favorite princess attire as there will be a promenade and photo opportunity. While princesses sip tea and indulge in dainty delicacies, Julie Frantz of Everyday Etiquette, will share how to act like a lady, what it takes to be a good friend, dine like royalty, and how to let your inner beauty shine out. Songs, stories, and crafts will fill this whimsical and wonderful morning. Perfect for ages 5-10 years old. Adult must attend with child. Social Skills for Success Day Camp with Julie Frantz! Did you know that socially savvy kids score higher on achievement tests and are more emotionally healthy?
Here’s what they’ll learn from 10am-3pm while enjoying a four course meal:

This class is packed with proven strategies and information to equip teenagers how to navigate the complexities of life with understanding and confidence.

This teen etiquette class will cover:

*dining manners from restaurants to a friends house
*getting along with parents and adults
*surviving social faux pas
*entering the work world
Students will enjoy a delicious four course meal as they learn valuable social skills that will help them throughout their lives. Ages 13-18 years old.

2025 Family Manners Class
“Friends will come and go, but you’ll always have your family.”
The most important place to use good manners is at home. Julie Frantz, etiquette consultant at the Saint Paul Hotel, will cover the 8 R’s of getting along with family as participants enjoy a lovely four course dinner. Attributes such as; responsibility, respect, and resourcefulness will be covered.

2025 Everyday Charm

The goal of this class is to develop confidence, poise, and style, in young ladies. Julie Frantz, etiquette consultant to the Saint Paul Hotel, will cover posture, fashion, conversation, communication, and rules of etiquette, while participants enjoy an afternoon tea lunch.

2025 How to Host a Great Gathering
"Set a beautiful table, fill a vase with fresh flowers, use fresh herbs and simple ingredients, and then invite someone."
Craig Clairborne said "Sharing a meal is one of life's greatest pleasures." Enjoy this dining tutorial and learn the three elements needed to entertain like a pro and enjoy your own party. Topics of menu planning, how to be a hospitable host, preparing your abode for company, and entertaining options will be covered.
Ages 21 and up as wine will be served with an elevated four course meal.

2025 Afternoon Tea
We invite you to experience our Afternoon tea. This two-hour event is fashioned after England's afternoon tea and consists of a variety of tea sandwiches, savory, scone and two tiers of sweets. A pianist entertains you throughout. Call 651-228-3860 with any questions. Please leave a detailed message and we will return your call. We understand that life happens, but we will need 48 hours in advance for ONE transfer on reservations. All Afternoon Tea reservations are to be pre-paid in full at time of the reservation and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
