Journey to the mountain villages, bustling markets, and seaside tavernas of Northern Greece with The Art of Taste: Northern Greece, an intimate eight-course dining experience crafted by Executive Chef Thomas Sandborgh. On September 11th at 6pm, experience the bold, rustic flavors of Greece’s northern regions—where slow-roasted meats, earthy herbs, rich cheeses, and warming spices reflect generations of tradition shaped by Turkic influences. Each course is thoughtfully paired with regional wines and spirits, highlighting the depth, comfort, and character of Northern Greek cuisine.
